Refund policy
[ RETURN & EXCHANGE REQUESTS ]
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please email INFO@SCORPIOSZN.COM within 48 hours of delivery.
Your request must include your Order ID and high-quality photos (or videos) showcasing the defect along with the original packaging.
Please note that requests made after this 48-hour window cannot be accepted.
✱ Return Fees:
For any approved returns or exchanges (including change-of-mind), a fixed round-trip shipping and handling fee of USD $30 will be deducted from your total refund.
✱ Customs & Taxes:
Any applicable import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
✱ Refund Processing:
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
[DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS]
We will cover all shipping costs for pre-approved exchanges involving defective or incorrect items.
✱ Defective or incorrectly delivered items will be exchanged for the exact same product and option only.
✱ Clear photo or video evidence of the defect, along with the original packaging, is strictly required. If intentional damage is suspected, the request for an exchange or refund will be denied.
[NON-RETURNABLE CASES]
Returns, exchanges, or refunds are NOT accepted for:
✱ Change of mind (style, color, or size preference)
✱ Shipping delays beyond our control
✱ Issues related to customs duties, taxes, or clearance
[PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS (NOT DEFECTS)]
The following are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects:
✱ Minor differences in symmetry or pattern placement
✱ Color variations due to monitor/screen settings
✱ Size deviations within 1–3 cm
✱ Fabric characteristics: Loose threads, removable chalk marks, or natural shedding (Angora, Fur, Padded items)
[USAGE & HANDLING]
✱ Any item that has been washed, worn, or altered will not be accepted.
✱ Items must be returned in their original condition (tags attached, no odors, stains, or damage).
✱ Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt before removing tags or wearing.
[FINAL SALE ITEMS]
Due to hygiene and product integrity, the following are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:
✱ Innerwear, Sleeveless tops, Knitwear, and Elastic materials
✱ White and Ivory-colored items
✱ Accessories (Bags, Shoes, Socks, Hats, Jewelry)
✱ Discounted, limited-edition, or sold-out items
